Over the last few years, there has been an enormous increase in the demand for online tutoring for students abroad. To meet this demand we launched our online tutoring platform in early 2020.  This platform not only allows us to serve the needs of our students at home but also those of our clients requiring online tutoring for students abroad.  We appreciate that families living all over the globe are interested in accessing Canadian education even if they do not live in Canada.   Now, students anywhere in the world can be equipped with the foundation and confidence they need to succeed.

We work around the student’s schedule, lessons are scheduled at times that suit them. Our clients are in contact directly with the tutors to arrange a time for lessons. We are an online tutoring company.  All our tutors are experienced and up-to-date with the curriculum.  They all have at least a university degree and several years of tutoring experience.  Some of our tutors are certified teachers.  Our team is made up of local and experienced tutors to help support our students.

All our students in grades K – 7 work with a certified teacher.  Our teachers are very experienced with online platforms and have the expertise to keep the student engaged throughout the lesson.  Some of these online tutoring sessions are focused on the material that the student is covering in the classroom.  Most of the time, however, the focus is teaching fundamental skills in writing, reading comprehension and math.  This is especially a concern for parents who have seen their children fall behind over the last two years.  Frequently, these programs include homework if requested by the parents.

One of the reasons why our online tutoring lessons are effective is because they are one-on-one and completely customized to the student.  They are not group lessons, self-paced courses or the student watching instructional videos.  We understand that for most students these are not effective.  Our online tutoring follows a similar structure to in-home lessons.  The student still has the same tutor for every lesson, the lessons are one-on-one, the tutor tracks the student’s progress and every lesson is customized to the student’s needs.  The only difference is that the tutor is not sitting next to the student.  With the combination of an experienced online tutor and advanced online tutoring technology the lessons are extremely effective for all grades and subjects.

At the beginning of each month you are emailed a monthly progress report.  It lists all of the lessons that have been taught, provides a summary of the student’s progress and indicates the material that is covered each lesson.  By having the same tutor throughout the program it allows the tutor to track the progress and determine any areas that require more attention.
