“I hired Tutors on Call to help my teenage son improve his writing skills.  His tutor helped him to understand the writing process by breaking it down into smaller, more manageable components. Our tutor was always well prepared, utilized a variety of resources as teaching materials, and tailored the program to suit my son’s individual learning needs.  Through the tutoring process, my son became better at organizing his ideas and learned how to compose stronger and more coherent paragraphs.  This led to a marked improvement in his writing overall and better grades in his written school assignments.  Regular feedback from the tutor, plus the Monthly Progress Reports, kept me informed as to my son’s progress. All the Tutors on Call staff were professional and courteous.  They monitored the entire process – with regular check-in phone calls – and were always willing to take the time to discuss my son’s progress.  This is one tutoring program I’m happy to recommend!
