It is through people like yourself that we have been able to grow and reach out to help so many children. Therefore, you are an integral part of our success. To show our appreciation, we reward you for telling your friends about our programs at Tutors On Call.
Tell us about students you know who would benefit from our professional tutoring services, and receive free lessons or a cash reward!
For each student you refer to Tutors on Call you can choose between these two rewards:
1st Option: 1 Free Lesson in a 12 week program (up to $70.00 in value) for each student you refer.*
2nd Option: Receive a $50.00 reward for each student you refer to Tutors on Call.*
*NB: Referred student must sign up for a standard 12 week or 16 week tutoring program.

Who may join the Tutors on Call Referral Program?
Anyone who has connections with parents or students who would benefit from our services may join the TOC referral program. Parents, students, teachers, coaches, counselors, workshop leaders, businesses, organizations would all be good candidates for the program.
How does Tutors on Call know that I referred a student?
You are assigned a Rewards Referral Number, which is put on a special card you hand out to the student or parent. When a new student registers for a program, we collect the card from them and enter your Referral Reward on your profile.
How do I know when I am rewarded for referring a student to Tutors on Call?
You will be contacted and asked about whether you want to receive a free lesson, or for a cheque to be sent to you.
Do I have to give a Referral Reward Card if I want to be rewarded?
Yes. If you want to make sure that you will be rewarded give the card with your Referral Rewards Number on it.
What if I choose to receive one free lesson but the tutoring program does not start right away?
You can get a free lesson for a future course, as long as it starts within 6 months.
What if I want to use the free lesson in a tutoring program that has already begun?
You will be sent a cheque for the cost of one of your lessons.
Can I pass on my free lesson to someone else?
Yes, you may give it to someone else but they must start a program within 6 months.
Who may I refer to Tutors on Call?
You may refer anyone who has not taken a course or tutoring program at the community centre or with Tutors on Call or Mind Quest Academy at any time in the past.
What kind of students may I refer to Tutors on Call?
We offer programs to children and adults in all subjects.
How do I get more Referral Reward cards?
Please send us an email and we will mail you more.
How do I join?
Joining the program is simple. Contact us here. We will follow up shortly by sending you a Tutors on Call Referral Rewards package in the mail.
